We have Web sites to help you achieve better health and fitness. We have cookbooks that do the same. But it's impossible to overlook the low-tech package label.

When we are able to reduce calories or fat, or add calcium or fiber, we let consumers know on our packaging. Packages also contain ingredients listings, allergen labeling and other important content that informed consumers desire.
